Frustrierende Leiterschaft

Gott hat geredet, das will ich aufschreiben. Ich habe ihm im Gebet gesagt, dass ich immer noch nicht weiß, warum mich manche meiner Leiter so mega frustrieren. Ich hatte gedacht ich habe es hier nur mit meinem rebellischen Herzen zu tun, und ich muss bis an mein Lebensende Buße tun, dass ich die Männer verachte, die Leiter heißen aber keine sind.

God spoke to me (unfortunately for some, he speaks english to me, dunno why):

Lukas, do you know how I deal with peaoöe that are not perfect displays of my fatherhood? Especially if they should be good example , because they are in this kind of fathering relations or positions? Do you know how I deal with them? [By the time he said this, I was fully alert. When He started out, I thought this could end in a dead-end.]

1. I love them.

2. I perfect them. Never take them alone. You’ll always need my revelation and relation alongside them. It is idolatry to expect that they could be your perfect father. Even when they are not as good as other exemplary leader, it is idolatry to expect them to be equal.

3. I am your first and last father. You should love them and come to them searching for fatherhood out of love, not out of want. Out of want you never turn to humans first. Always me first. To seek me first, might mean to miss a phone call or to postpone a meeting. You need to meet me on the matter first. If that want kreeps in afterwards and you start craving, for things the leader couldn’t give you, come to me. I want you to use your writing skills to fight the devil with my word. A decreasing respect/love/feeling of human fatherhood after a meeting is from the devil. It’s burning arrows to your soul. The shield of faith needs to be established. Best for you to do this in writing. Establish a should of faith by writing your biblical beliefs about that person and about that matter down.

Ich denke, Buße ist der erste Schritt, aber das Gebet um Schutz von Gott, ist genau so wichtig. Ich muss glaube ich lernen, dass er mein ultimativer Schutz ist und ich in ihm geschützt bin auch wenn Leiter wirklich versagen.
